You need to be eating more fruit. As the days get warmer, get what’s in season and start enjoying fruit in the warm, outdoors. Blueberries. Strawberries. Avocados. Pineapples. Cherries. Peaches. Mangoes. Sometimes it blows my mind just how many beautiful fruits there are in this world.
With spring, there’s an explosion of fruits that are at their peak sweetness, texture and nourishment.
What’s in Season?
Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries) – Full of antioxidants, helps fight inflammation and supports heart health.
Cherries – Rich in vitamin C and packed with natural melatonin that improves sleep quality
Avocados – Creamy, nutritious, and perfect to slather on freshly toasted sourdough (or to make good guac)
Pineapples – A refreshing, tropical Vitamin C + bromelain, AMAZING for digestion.
Peaches & Mangoes – Sweet, juicy, and rich in vitamins A and E that support healthy, glowing skin.
Seasonal fruits are fresher, tastier, and often grown closer to home, meaning they don’t have to travel thousands of miles before they reach your plate. Eat them raw. Add them to your yogurt bowls. Make freshly pressed juice. Even grill some peaches and have it with some beautiful cheese.
Fruit is divine. Fruit is designed to support movement. They're these magical little treats of nourishment that just hang on trees. How mind blowing is that? It's quite magical if you ask me. As the days get warmer, treat yourself to more sun-kissed fruit. Sweet strawberries. Juicy pineapple. A well-ripe Haden mango. You deserve it.

❋ SOURDOUGH DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BABKA ROLLS (VEGAN)
Babka has always been my favorite dessert bread. Babka is somewhere between bread, cake and dessert. It is indeed a sweet yeasted dough usually filled with cinnamon sugar or chocolate paste. If you have eaten a babka before, you will know how messy it goes as the fillings fall out easily when slicing and eating it. As much as I love having a deliciously filled babka, one thing that deter me from having it is the mess. Therefore, I thought, “How about I made it into the form of cinnamon rolls?” Thanks to my sudden crazy thought, you all now got to enjoy this beautiful creation – Sourdough Double Chocolate Babka Rolls. These rolls taste as good (if not better) than a babka, minus all the mess and fussiness. So without further ado, I present you the Sourdough Double Chocolate Babka Rolls! 😉

I love your artwork of food - do you create this yourself? I follow you on Instagram also, and I would be very interested in having some prints to hang in my kitchen, of your favorite combinations, all the foods I like to eat, and the No-Diet Diet, for example. The colors are so vibrant! Would you consider selling artistic prints of these?
