Yes, but what do you do with it? Is it a sauce for on meats, or are they other uses?

Primarily meats. But I’ve dressed greens with it.

Great on all kinds of grilled meats. I made a sandwich with it not too long ago that was out of this world. Pulled pork, chimichurri, Argentinian salse criolla.....so damn good! Also can be put on a sandwich with chorizo. Just get creative!

Such a great condiment to anything. Love it with eggs, grilled chicken. We always make with an herb combo of parsley and cilantro
