Beautiful issue, as always! A big yes to fresh and local olive oil - I didn’t know how bad the stuff sold in stores tastes until I had good olive oil from a local California producer. WOW. Big difference! Also, yes to classical music, especially with kids. When mine were younger and we were driving to sports practices or errands, they knew the rule: classical music on the radio. They would moan and complain about it sometimes but I didn’t budge. Today they all have wonderfully diverse tastes in music and love all kinds including classical!
Great issue, I feel the coffee article in my bones for sure. On another note, a Philly with mozz is crazy business.
