Without hesitation, quiche. From something completely appropriate at a formal dinner to cleaning out the refrigerator Sunday afternoon throwing it in a piecrust with four eggs and baking….
I love ‘em fried, easy over. Or poached in bacon grease. The trouble is finding eggs from birds that have been fed a decent diet. We all know they can be full of PUFAs if they get too much grain. In my part of Maine, every other house is selling “farm fresh” eggs, but I’d bet 90% of them are getting commercial soy/corn feed.

Plus, my piecrust is wicked. 😏😂
What about Benedict and Quiche?!
Great egg tier list. I would switch dry and wet scrambled eggs though.
