I would love to eat the best quality foods I could get, but the money is just not there. I do the best I can, but if somebody says, "Well, what is your health worth?", the implication being, you need to eat healthy regardless of cost, to be healthy. I agree with that, but I usually answer, "Right now, my health is worth about $200 a month, because that's all that's left over from a $856 monthly Social Security check..

I have, tragically, known so many people with plenty of disposable income who still buy such trash foods and don't take care of their bodies. I like that you gave the qualifier of "the moment you make good money," because there a ton of people out there who can afford it buy still don't prioritize this. And if they everyone who could afford it bought the quality things, that would help create more supply overall.
